Mighty Mighty Monsters production stills

These are three production stills from a show I've worked on at bronstudios last year. It was a group effort with a very talented team. I did various tasks mostly on the environment\sets; look development, skybox paintings, concept\layout, surfacing, lighting and compositing.

We just shipped our new product called Motion sport adrenaline ! Is an image that was done as visual target(fake game footage) Back then it was a bit more stylised wich i liked. Character model by Yuki Takahashi.

Thumbnails

I like more and more to draw very small, very loose thumbnails. I generally spent 1-3 min on each. i find it a very economical way to generate ideas or compositions.

Batcave sketch

This is a sketch for a Batman project that some of my friends are working on. Hope the project make it to production, the work they have done on it is very inspiring. I'll uptade with a link when it goes online.

Here is an "matte painting" i've been working on recently. it is inspired by battersea powerstation, but in a winter setting. I've also put one of the quick sketch studies i've done to help plan the painting. As you can see it drifted quite a lot from its original composition.
